I Have Model Number 25942ge1-c. Can't Locate Manual Online. How To Change # Ring

I have model number 25942GE1-C and cannot fine product manual to help me make several changes. I need ringer on phone to be much quieter, need to change number of rings before machine goes on, need to retrieve messages remotely and so forth. Can you help? Jane
