Here Is Static When It Finds At Frequency Station But No Voice Like It Use To?

Possible solutions:
- Check antenna connection
- Move or angle the antenna.
- If programmed frequency is higher than 406 MHz, a shorter antenna length may improve the reception.
- Relocate the scanner.
