Why Does My Troy Built Trimmer Tb675 Ec Overheat ?

This can normally be caused by an incorrect oil (or ratio). Also see the thread here http://forums2.gardenweb.com/discussions/1625194/string-trimmer-overheating to glen other possible causes (like a bad muffler, spark arrestor, etc)
