Touch Screen Stopped Working.

Tried disable/enable HID touch screen but still nothing.

the previously installed touch pad driver software might have been corrupted. This problem really needs a re-installation of the driver software for the touch pad. You can download the driver software for Toshiba Satellite S855 online.

Unfortunately this is likely a hardware issue. I recommend calling Toshiba support so they can help you determine if it needs repair or not. Here's the customer service number: 1 (800) 618-4444.
