How To Enable The Sensitive Multimedia Buttons For Toshiba Satellite A500-19u

i installed windows 7 ultimate after then these buttons got disabled even the lights are not on.

The compatible driver software may not be installed in your computer system  which is now running in Windows 7 OS. You should also install the driver software for Windows 7 to make the touchpad/mouse button work properly. You can download the driver software for this device here:
