P305d-s8834, Where Is Bios Reset?

Toshiba Satellite note book, P305D-S8834 where is jumper to reset bios/cmos under/near memory ram, no b500 found, how to find it and what # is it, to complete the procedurer.  The boot wants a bios password, the HD says eminet failure-should i reuse the old infected 1 or I have a new hd. and factory restore disk?
