Satellite C855
I just bought this laptop and it's taking five hours to download a short video... is this expected? I've never had to wait so long on any other computer...

If you are downloading from the Internet, the problem is not mostly related to the computer system. Check the internet connection of your Toshiba Satellite C855-S5194 and router to fix this issue. Make sure that the internet connection is excellent to download any video on the Internet.
