My Question Is How Do I Restart It

My laptop say no bootable device Please Restart system how am I spouse to restart it.

That indicates a problem with your hard drive. I would have it checked out by a local computer repair shop. Hopefully you have a backup of your files because you could lose everything if the hard drive died.
