how do I replace the broken USB Ports on my Toshiba Sattellite 115-S103 Laptop?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to replace the USB ports of your Toshiba Satellite 1115 laptop because this is connected to the motherboard. If your laptop has at least 1 working USB port, you can use a USB hub with 2 or more hubs. In fact, you can purchase this online at Amazon.com. Here's the link to the purchase page.
