My Toshiba Satellite L745-s4235 Laptop Freezes Intermittently And Runs Slowly
My Toshiba Satellite L745-S4235 Laptop runs slowly and freezes intermittently even though it has a 6gig ram and am sure I do not have a virus.
When playing an audio or video file or when scrolling through a document file such as pdf file, it stops and continues severally. This happens everyday.
What might be causing this and how do I solve this?

Based on your description, this might be related to driver software conflict. This requires reinstallation of the driver software. There might be also some driver files which are corrupted. Both audio and video files require driver software to be played properly. You should reinstall the driver software that comes from the CD/DVD media together with the laptop.
