Cannot Open Dvd Tray

However to remove the DVD disk tray you can turn off the unit at the supply and leave a few minutes for the unit to discharge. Then whilst switching the unit on press and hold the eject button on the drive and continue till the unit has started. The disk tray should open. If that does not work look for small hole along the bottom of the drive possibly on the bottom right. With a blunt pin that fits the hole you can push the release lever inside the tray and it should then come out. If neither works then you will need to seek out an engineer to dismantle the unit.
