I Turn Tv On The Pic Show For 2 Min Then The Left Half Of Screen Will Cut Off

This is either the connection to the LCD panel from the T-Con board internal of the set, or the LCD panel has failed. You need to take it to a shop and have them determine if it's just the connection or the T-con board. If it's the LCD panel then the repair cost will likely be more than you will want to spend.
