Certain Remote Functions Will Not Work.
The remote will no longer work for muting, volume control or turning off the set. the channel button works fine. I got a brand new Sudden link remote today with new batteries. "Setup" also will not work. Help". I am very frustrated.

Hi, if it is still under warantee, please return it to the shop. Or get a universal remote.
