How To Make A Dcr Trv 900 Make More Than 1 Clip While Videoing
while videoing, even when I stop and start recording, I only get one continuous clip when I download the video into my computer, I want many clips.

I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but there is a feature called "interval recording" where you can record sequences (such as recording a flower bloom). You can find out more about this feature on pages 59-60 of the User Manual:
