Cmt-mx750ni Micro Hifi Component System Wont Turn On From Standby

I have two CMT-MX750Ni micro HiFi component systems and have enjoyed many years of having music throughout our home using the Party host and guest feature. Recently both systems will not turn on although the standby red light is 'on'. Is this common? AUST
