Lit Up

The unit is getting power and all of the buttons on the front are lit up but none of them work. It is frozen with all of the button lights on. Unit will not operate and input can't be set. Nothing can be set. I have taken the front off, reset the unit and nothing changes. Is there a combination of buttons that resets the front panel only?
