Thread Is Getting Stuck In The Upper Thread Guide
I am threading the machine per the instructions and it ran fine for a while, then it seems to get hung up on the upper thread guide it is stuck tightly in the guide.

If you are certain that the tension is set correctly as well, then you may be having subtle issues like a broken gear.
