Lamp Hour Reset

After putting in a new lamp and repeatedly attempting to reset the lamp hour, following instructions that are in manual, we can not get lamp to resetto 100%. Will this cause any functionality problems, other than not knowing how much life is left in new bulb.and please send step by step instructions for lamp reset other than what's in manual, as they do not work, or is missing a step. Thank you

Remove the lamp unit.

R26; Loosen the securing screws from the

lamp unit. Hold the lamp unit by the

handle and pull it in the direction of

the arrow.

Insert the new lamp unit.

R26; Press the lamp unit firmly into the lamp

unit compartment. Fasten the secur-

ing screws.

Attach the lamp unit cover.

R26; Insert the tab of the lamp unit cover

into the opening, and press the cover

until it clicks in place.
