Sharp Mxm623n Copier With Copies Very Hot To The Touch Making Accordions
The fuser rollers have been replaced along with web and picker fingers. However unit has 1.5million copies and thermal devices do not seem to be burnt or heat damaged. Any advice would help thanks

Switch off the [POWER] key and the main power switch. Wait at least 10 seconds, and then switch on the main power switch and the [POWER] key ,in that order.
(When the LINE indicator is lit or the DATA indicator is lit or blinking, do not switch off the main power switch or unplug the power plug. This may damage the hard drive or cause the data being stored or received to be lost.)

You say the fuser rollers have been changed. Was it the complete fuser? From experience hot paper is due to the fuser running too hot and it is a thermal sensor problem which would be internal of the fuser. That is at the end of the paper path and the extreme heat will crumple the paper as it is becoming too dry.
