Sharp Mx 311
We are trying to dail long distance when trying to use long distance code on fax machine but it is not working. We have no problems faxing locally. We have no problems dailing from the fax line using the access long distance code so not sure how we should enter it on the fax machine. We use the pause button but still gives us memory error message.
