I Have A Sharp Lc32sb23u It Has No Power, But The Green Power Led Blinks.

since you didn't mention a pattern to the blinking LED indicator and no mention of the OPC indicator, I'm assuming you have the 1 blink code which is a back-light failure.
Lamp Failure
Loose connection to Inverters, reload firmware, Inverter Unit or LCD Panel
once a total of five failures the set will stop trying to come on until the errors have been removed from the error memory.You can over ride this shut down temporarily to trouble shoot to the faulty stage by holding down the [vol dn] and the [input] keys on the TV when plugging in the AC cord, then release then when the power LED turn on solid green. If the problem still is present then the TV will turn off again.TV Dan
