Can I Retrieve Contacts

Whilst trying to backup the contacts on my Sharp GX30 phone to my PC using Handset Manager I have inadvertently deleted all the contacts. Is there any way of retrieving them? They are gone from the phone and the SIM.Thanks Lynne
