I Keep Getting Empty Paper Tray Messages When Both Trays Are Full.

When I try to print, I get one of two messages: 1)Multipps Tray 1 paperset mismatch or 2) out of paper. The funny thing is that it will print from the Settings menu.

This explains the installation of paper sizes and types. There is a dial on the front of the tray which has to be set to match the size of the paper in the tray.
