Bypass Paper Tray
I am trying to use the bypass paper tray to print something on 8-1/2 x 14 paper. Every time I try putting that size paper in the bypass tray, the printer tells me the tray is empty or it just gives me the choice of 8-1/2 x 11 paper. Please let me know what I'm doing incorrectly. Thank you.

Here are somethings to check.
make sure your stack of paper in the bypass tray isnt too large.
sometimes loading paper on the tray doesnt trip the sensor at the entry point so you must push it towards the entry point
when using 8.5x14" paper in bypass tray, you need to extend the paper guides on the paper chute so that the larger paper covers the little fin like device.
