Scanner Is Not Recognized By My Pc Even If The Printer It Is...
Our printer (AR-M317) is fonctionnal but it is shared with other partners (3) in the office. So, we have 3 names (adress) who were created by a technician and just one of our 3 PC is correct because the scanner not communicate with our (2) computers. What must I do to resolve this problem ? Than you for your help ! :D
