Sanyo Ad On Screen

I have a sanyo advertisement for my tv running on the bottom of my screen and can't turn it off.

If you have set everything as per the manual here https://www.helpowl.com/manuals/Sanyo/PLVZ2000/16335 then this may be a service issue around which the service manual here http://elektrotanya.com/sanyo_plv-z2000_sm.pdf/download.html should be of much help. Though I doubt if this can be a mere DIY. In any case, you should be able to avail any necessary further assistance from Sanyo's holding company.
