Clouds Of Blue Spots On The Picture

Hi, I've got a Sanyo PLV Z2 and since several weeks I've got severals tiny blue spots on screen and it's getting worse with now clouds of blue spots all over the picture. I have to replace the lamp but I wonder if insvesting in a new lamp will fully restore the picture fully or if the blue pixels will remain ? What could be the source of the problem ? Thanks a lot for your answer.

These spots you're seeing could be dust, but this could also be a bad polarizer which can cause spots. If the polarizer is the issue you will need to have your unit serviced, unless you can find a replacement polarizer and do it your self.
