How To Connect Cable And Other Device To This Tv?

I have a DishNetwork cable that came in to the house through a box with cables to the front connector of the TV. And I also would like to connect DVD player to this TV to the back. The cable signal through dish seems to work fine but not the DVD. ow do I connect DVD player to the TV wit cable? Thanks.
