Samsung Smh1611 Only 3, Manufacture Date Of August 2011 Is Already Dead!?
My microwave oven turns on, table rotates, light works, but does not heat food. This is only a 3 1/2 year old microwave oven. I've tested the capacitor and the HV diode and both seem to be functioning within tolerance. Please confirm it the company is having problems with their magnitrons made in Malaysia? Really really dissapointed customer here. This will be the very last Samsung product this household will EVER buy if this cannot be fixed affordably. Thank you.
