Internet Browsers Are Not Working In My Samsung Sgh-t659. Why?

Hello if you are a Tmobile subcriber:

The handset features a WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) browser that allows you to access and navigate the wireless web using your phone.

To connect to the internet just press the T-zones key, while in standby mode. The t-zones browser is then launched and the T-Mobile Web page is displayed. To disconnect from the internet simply press the red end call button
