Why Does My Phone Always Say..i Have Insufficient Storage Space And Itz Empty Al

up on the info bar..it always has the little orange triangle and a orange memory card showing..i cant download anything because it says insufficient space....i have around 3o songs only, no games, it is very annoying because it just pops up all the time.....it is very slow also..and to top it off...it crashes alot !
