Doesn't Cool
Took delivery on a Samsung RF268ABRS last Monday. Never has cooled. After numerous calls to customer support and going through several procedures they decided a service call was needed. At one point the temperature displays read Freezer -2, Refrigerator 34, but both were still room temperature. Waiting for the Tech now. What should I expect?
At the rear of the left crisper drawer there is what looks like an air passage, but it has a translucent plastic ball of some kind in the opening. Should that have been removed at installation?
