Water Is Pooling Under The Crisper Drawers And I Don't Know Where It Is Coming F

You most likely have a defrost drain tube that is plugged with ice. This model is a dual evaporator. Twin cooling. To keep it frost free it will go into defrost a couple times a day. When this happens it melts the frost on the evaporators which are behind the back wall of each section. The first thing you can try is to unplug the refrigerator and open both doors for about 10 to 12 hours. If that doesnt work you will need to take the bake wall of the fresh food section and pour boiling hot water down the defrost drain hole. It is located directly below the evaporator. The water that is coming off the evaporator, from the frost melting, doesnt go down the drain and into the pan below the fridge, because the drain is plugged. It just runs out onto the floor of the FF section, below the crisper drawers.
