How Do I Restore My Samsung Pn58b860 58' Plasma Tv To Home Mode From Store Demo?
I've spent hours reading every solution given on the internet. The Plug and play menu is in a grey mode and can't be used to switch from store to home mode. I'm getting advertisements every 5 minutes popping up on the left side of the screen. It seems like the TV may have to have it's software completely removed and reset so its like a new TV OUT OF THE BOX. The remote is the only way you can turn the TV on or off. Theres no buttons on the tv itself.

If the unit is accidentally set to Store Demo mode and you want to return to Home Use (Standard): Press the Volume button on the TV. When the volume OSD is displayed, press and hold the MENU button on the TV for 5 seconds.
