Screen Not Working
The TV was working perfectly fine, but then the picture stopped working. There was sound, but no picutre. What do we do? Need help ASAP. Thank you.

The screen of your Samsung PN50C490B3DXZA TV may not be working properly because the cables may be loosened or not connected properly.
