Pn43d490a1d 5 Clicks
i have a 43" Samsung at plug in there is 5 clicks no power on, after clicks the red led keeps on flishing about three times then repeats. Power bd. has 5.1v,14.8 and vs 0v but after disconneting cn003 on another bd. vs has 207v then drops down fast. Could it be the bd. on right faceing the bact of tv with # lj41-09478A OR # on white sticker ja 796a. Thanks Byrum electronics.

obviously the power supply works but you have a short on either the X Main or Y Main boards. You can monitor the resistance to ground from the VS input pins on both boards (left and right of the power board). the one that is shorted is the bad board.
As to what the part number of the boards are you have to include the full model number (there are 13 versions of your model). then the version number and serial number. I looked up the PN43D490A1DXZA and there are two versions (N102 and B104). The X Main board part numbers are either BN96-16510A (N102) or BN96-16510B (B104). the Y Main board is the same for both of these versions BN96-16511A. This board hooks to the scan buffer board (a skinny board that hooks to the panel) part number BN96-16512A. I have seen this board fail and take out the Y Main too.
