Colour Is Bleeding

This is a CRT rear projection TV and there are three picture tubes (not LCD) that has to be aligned (this is called convergence where the red and blue pictures are adjusted to match the green). If this circuit has failed then the picture will look like a 3d picture. This set is also known to have the picture tubes fail (especially the blue) where that color is out of focus and/or smears.
Either of these problems are expensive to repair because the convergence circuit board is around $150 plus labor (in shop $200-$250). The blue CRT is around $270 plus labor (in shop $250-$300)

I don't actually know if what are you referring about. But, I guess you are referring to the LCD screen of your device, normally, a bleeding or red color of most LCD screens are caused by many factors. You have to check it carefully if that is really the problem, you cannot do any repair with LCD screens. Goodluck.
