Blue Screen On Samsung Notebook Np300e5a-a05us

My sister just brought me her computer and she is not sure how this happened but there is a blue screen when you turn on the computer. It acts like it is going to start up normally but then it goes to a blue screen and you are unable to do anything further. When it first turns on you have the option to hit F2 for Setup or F4 for Recovery. I've tried the Recovery multiple times now with nothing new. I've done a basic restart and also a complete restart. Any advice on what I should do?
