I Have A Cracked Screen Not The Outside Screen But Inside. I Think It's The Lcd

When I turn my tv on the screen behind the outside screen is cracked and cannot see anything. It looks almost spider webbed.

Yes, that's the LCD alright. It will need to be replaced. Unfortunately it will likely cost more than the TV is worth. You might want to look at the prices of new TVs and decide which route you want to go.
