How I Can Rectify The Propblem Of Hearing An Incoming Call On The Hm6000 Headset

When a call comes in to the HEADSET. I press the talk button and say hello, however, I cannot hear the person calling but the person can hear me. When I call them the call kicks in and they can hear me. I have no doubt it is a minor problem in my operation. Can you tell me what I doing wrong?
