Can't Hear Anything
My bluetooth is charged and I can press the button to lower and raise volume I can press the outside button to make a call but I hear nothing.

Hi. If the ear hole is not clogged, the the internal ear piece will have to be defect. Do reset it first and then re-pair it and retry though. In Pairing mode, press and hold Volume up, Volume down and the Talk button at the same time for 3 seconds. The headset will turn on automatically
