Why Does Tv Lose Picture And Sound But Not Turn Off?
TV WILL NOT TURN OFF AFTER LOSING PICTURE AND SOUND, RED TEMP LIGHT AND 2 GREEN LIGHTS ABOVE FLASH. ONCE UNPLUGGED, IT WILL RESTART WITH PICTURE AND SOUND AS USUAL.
