hi i have a question i have a samsung HL72A650 and the color seems to loop and am wondering if it is the color wheel but not sure since many say online it has none can u help me

This does have a color wheel (http://www.samsungparts.com/Products/Parts_and_Accessories/PID-BP96-02069A.aspx?model=), but it's no-longer-available separately. you can get the entire optical engine:

You should have a technician verify that it's not a "digital board" problem. Many times you can hear the color wheel come off frequency, and if a HDMI 720p picture and it looks good, while a different resolution is bad then suspect the digital board, and the OSD will also be a clue to the bad stage.
