White Screen

I replaced the lamp 6 months ago and that fixed dark screen. Now only the lamp is working. The screen is completely white. Since this TV does not have a color wheel, does this mean that the light color chips are out?

I researched this model number and found it does have a color wheel ( Samsung Part Number BP96-02069A Description ASSY COLOR WHEEL

), but a bad color wheel will stop the lamp from lighting, and a bad DLP chip will cause spots or lines. I have never seen a chip cause a white picture. I'm assuming you have audio and no menu or any on-screen-display. This is either the DMD board or the Main board causing this problem.
