this is probably the one over the "cable card" slot in the signal section. The other two fans are in the optical engine section. One is in front of the DMD board (easiest to see with the lower back cover removed) the other is behind the lamp assembly. Many time a vacuum is all that's needed to free the blades to stop the warning message from popping up
