Dear Sir
I had purchased DVD RW from Lovely Tech Computer, Saklenabad Ghazipur U.P.India Shop Tin No. 09783904383 on dated 18/01/2011 since it is not working properly i complain the local dealer it is in the warranty period but the local dealer refused to registered the complain i am here by requesting you to replace the DVD RW and instruct the dealer for the need some help,
