How To Deleted Old Codes Off The Printer

we need to delete a code number that was addressed to a staff member to track their printing/photocoping

Hello, you can delete user codes through the Administrator Tools:

- Press the User Tools button
- Select System Settings
- Select the Administrator Tools tab
- Select Address Book Management
- Select Delete
- Select the user code to delete
- Confirm your choice
