Toner Problems
New toner already install but still appear on the screen to add toner..please help

Hi, make sure you have the correct type of toner. Then, remove the toner bottle and gently rock it back and forth several times. Sometimes the toner hardens during transport or storage. If that doesn't fix the problem, look in the toner hopper, where the toner bottle sits, to be sure the cap from the old toner bottle didn't get left behind, blocking the new bottle from supplying toner.
