Drum Error Even After Replacing Both Drum And Toner .

The same unit works in other machine

To clear this error, you must to reset the drum counter on the printers control panel.

Please refer on the manual for instructions.

Their is a problem with the device itself you must take it to the ricoh they will take good care of it.

I refer you to the product user guide on chapter number 11 for the drum changing instructions
