Duplex Printing Problem
How to I stop my MP C5502A MFD, using the PCL 6 driver from printing on two sides of a page? It doesn't do it for all jobs, mostly for multiple page documents. Where can I check this?

In the PCL6 driver, you can turn off duplexing under Printer Preferences. The instructions for getting to the driver's preference vary by operating system; in Windows XP, go into the Printers and Faxes applet in the Control Panel, right click on the Ricoh printer, and select Print Preferences.
On the first tab that comes up in the Preferences window (Setup), look for the Duplex option toward the middle of the screen. Click on the arrow next to the option, and from the drop down list, select Off. Then click OK or Apply at the bottom of the window to save the change.
